Shipping and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non refundable.
***ALL REFUNDS AND OR STORE CREDIT DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND TAXES*** (As a courtesy to the customer we undercharge for shipping products to all customer orders, which can be seen when sending items back to us).

Refunds (If Applicable)
We will only issue a refund if we’ve made a mistake with your order or defective product. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you. If we are issuing a refund we will notify you also and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer refunds only STORE CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE (IF AVAILABLE) FOR THE SAME ITEM.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a special store credit code for the value of the item you purchased minus taxes and shipping.
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for your own shipping cost when returning an item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only offer exchanges (depending on availability) if the sizing is incorrect, product is defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange send us an email at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and the problem in the body.
If the item you’re exchanging is no longer available, you will be given the option to exchange for an alternate item we have available or you will be offered store credit.
Regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
